ATTENTION!

PLEASE NOTE: the current service disruptions with Canada Post may affect your order's delivery.

Whenever possible, we will use other shipping methods to get your order delivered in a timely manner. We also ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Loomis, and CanPar.

If possible, please have your order delivered NOT to a PO box.

We understand that some alternative couriers do not service all of Canada. In instances where there is no other shipping method available, we will hold your order safely at our warehouse and reach out to you about possible next steps.

Canadian Customers:

Our Canadian customers enjoy free shipping on all orders $89 and above (excluding taxes).

United States Customers:

Our United States-based customers can enjoy a $10 flat fee shipping rate when their order is $79 USD or more (excluding applicable taxes).

Please note, we are not responsible for any import requirements your government has imposed on products.  Please make sure that anything you order is allowed before purchasing.

*The importer is ultimately responsible for making sure all purchased items can be accepted for import and what documentation is required

International Customers:

The cost of the product and shipping are included. However, if there is any import duty fees accessed by your government, that becomes your responsibility. Some countries allow for a miniumum amount to not be accessed any fees whatsoever, but on an individual basis, we would not know if you qualify.
